- Standard courier delivery within the UK Mainland (delivery time 2-5 days depending on destination) is via Parcel Force. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Our larger parcels are sent by a service which requires a signature on receipt, so please consider putting an alternative delivery address (your work address, for example) if you are unlikely to be at home to receive the parcel. If the delivery company tries to deliver but no-one is in, they will leave a card asking you to call either to re-arrange delivery, or to have your parcel diverted to a local post office for you to collect. There may be a small charge for having your parcel sent to your post office. International (to most main European destinations only) orders are shipped through our Parcel Force (GLS) Euro 48. Orders within Europe should reach their destination within 3-7 days of dispatch, depending on destination. Please allow 24hrs for processing of the order on top of the delivery times. PLEASE NOTE - If you do not receive your items within 7 days of ordering you should contact us as soon as possible or you take the risk of having to pay more shipping fee because of your order being sent back to us. We can only trace items up to 28 days after date of dispatch for . You must advise us of non-delivery within these 28 days or we are unable to compensate for missing items. IMPORTANT NOTE - Should there be no one at home after the first attempt of delivery, The Yoga Shop is not liable for any further delivery arrangement made between the customer and the courier company.

- All information collected from our website is used solely for our internal marketing and not sold or exchanged with outside parties. Will you share my electronic or normal mailing address with anyone? Your email address is safe with us. We absolutely do not support "spam" marketers. Our mailing list is private and we will never share your address with any other organizations. Secure Server Statement Secure Ordering - Making sure that the information you transmit to us via this website remains protected is our top priority. The Yoga Shop protects your online order information by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your order is encrypted by SSL to prevent the decoding of the order and credit card information by anyone other than theyogashop.co.uk.
- Guarantee
- If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email to support@theyogashop.co.uk . We shall be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value, at no further cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Where you are dissatisfied for any other reason and you wish to cancel your purchase from us please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are happy to issue a refund for unused goods, and will do so within 30 days of being notified. Please refer to the Returns Policy below.
- Returns & Replacements
- You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. Alternatively fax us on 00 44 (0)131-777-8107 or mail support@theyogashop.co.uk. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

You must return the goods to us at your cost and we highly recommend that when you are returning goods, that you use a recorded / insured form of postage for your own protection. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them; responsibility of the goods only returns to The Yoga Shop once we have signed for receipt of the goods in the same condition they were despatched. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if you request it, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection we are unable to specify the collection time and someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
Where goods are returned which are not faulty, then the following costs to The Yoga Shop will be passed on to the customer and deducted from any refund: Original shipping charge, Bank charges for refunding credit card (5%) and an Administration fee of £10.00.
Please note that under The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we cannot accept the return of video, DVD or audio products once the seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Credit Card Security
- All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using High-grade encryption (RC4 128 bit). They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All orders processed using SSL. We are also a member of the Which Web Trader Code of Practice and registered under the Data Protection Act for your added security.

- While every effort is taken to ensure that information shown on the website is accurate please note that a terms of acceptance and contract are only finalised once you receive a despatch note that confirms that the items are in stock and have been despatched. If there are problems and the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, then this will be detailed on the despatch note and the offer to purchase will be deemed as not accepted by The Yoga Shop and where appropriate a full refund issued.

- All goods are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakes in pricing on the website which are identified prior to orders being despatched shall be deemed to be a refusal of acceptance of the customers offer by The Yoga Shop. Under these circumstances the customer shall be given the choice of a full refund or to pay the correct price. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 15% (VAT No. GB 809 3772 08). VAT is deducted automatically in the shopping basket for non-EU customers. Local taxes & duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
- Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If it is not possible to back order an item then the formation of a contract will be deemed not complete and a full refund made.
